About this course
The course examines key anatomical principles as a foundation for painting the human figure from life. Participants use observation of the live figure to develop a more informed understanding of the body’s structure and its relationship to painted form. The emphasis is on connecting anatomical insight with the process of painting, rather than studying anatomy in isolation. The course is open to artists, creatives and image-makers at all levels, including beginners.
