About this course
The course introduces acrylic painting through demonstrations, practical exercises and advice provided both individually and in groups. Participants explore painting tools, brush use and the basic properties of acrylic paint, while learning terminology and approaches to colour mixing. The practical work includes setting up an easel workspace and producing a small painting from observation. Short group discussions, hand-outs and feedback are included alongside the exercises.
