Pasta e Basta – Pasta Making Class

About this course

Participants prepare several types of fresh pasta, including tagliatelle, pappardelle and a seasonal filled pasta such as ravioli. The class also covers two sauces designed to accompany the pasta, followed by dessert preparation.
