Pasta Workshop – Orecchiette Ragu

About this course

The workshop combines a chef-led demonstration with practical pasta making. Participants work through the process of mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping pasta from scratch, focusing on orecchiette for this menu. The finished pasta is served with red wine beef ragu, and participants can sit down to eat their creations together after the practical session.
