Although listed as suitable for all levels, the course requires basic maths, introductory pattern-cutting skills and dress-sewing skills. It is intended for learners who can take part in guided planning and practical garment construction using sewing machines.

Before you go

• Bring a pencil, pen, notebook and the cloth intended for the garment.
• Calico is needed for toiling.
• A tracing wheel, drill holer, and either a pattern master or set square are required.
