About this course

The class combines demonstrations with hands-on preparation of Neapolitan-style pizza. Participants work through dough-making, kneading, dressing, seasoning and baking, using seasonal ingredients for a selection of traditional toppings. The session also covers two styles of focaccia, olive, herb and pecorino breadsticks, and an Italian salad. Cooking concludes with a shared meal featuring the dishes prepared during the class, followed by a seasonal dessert.
