About this course

The course introduces Photoshop through photographic editing tasks in a classroom setting. Participants work with the software’s core tools and processes, including layers, Levels, Curves, colour correction and layer masks. The content also covers portrait retouching, removing unwanted objects, cropping, resizing, resampling and sharpening. Editing workflows are applied to preparing photographs for web, email and print use. Teaching takes place on an iMac with Adobe Photoshop installed, using the latest version of Photoshop CC.
