About this course
The course revisits core Pilates exercises and flowing sequences, then introduces progressions, adaptations and individual challenges. Learners practise modifying exercises for personal goals, ability or physical needs, and consider how equipment can support alignment, challenge and variety. Teaching encourages increasingly self-directed practice. Participants work towards maintaining neutral spine, coordinated breathing and control through an intermediate sequence with minimal tutor guidance, while reflecting on their progress and setting a further development goal.
