The course revisits foundational Pilates exercises and principles, with learners practising how to adjust movements according to their ability, comfort and needs. It covers alignment, coordinated breathing and the use of suitable equipment to add challenge or variety. Learners work towards demonstrating a short beginner sequence independently, while considering how Pilates practice might continue beyond the course. Returning learners can explore simple variations and set personal challenges within the beginner-level material.
