About this course
The course combines familiar Pilates exercises with new themes and combinations, progressing through variations, increased load and sustained sequences. Teaching focuses on posture, alignment, breathing, core strength and movement control, relating these principles to standing, sitting and lifting in daily life. Learners work on safe progression, self-awareness and adaptability, refining technique and endurance over the term. The mixed-ability format allows beginners to develop their practice while more experienced participants explore greater depth and work towards personalised goals.
