About this course
The course revisits Pilates principles of alignment and core engagement while introducing greater physical challenge through barre and mat exercises. Sessions focus on strengthening the gluteal muscles, deep hip rotators, inner thighs, hips, legs and upper body, including work in parallel and turned-out positions. Familiar exercises are developed through more complex variations, longer sequences and increased endurance. Learners practise linking movements smoothly while refining control and stability as the exercises become more demanding.
