Portraiture and the Clothed Figure

About this course

Participants work from live models to examine anatomy, the visual possibilities of the figure and the distinctive qualities of each pose. The course focuses on developing expressive images that convey the model’s personality, using oils, charcoal, pastels or water-based media. The live model changes during the course.
