About this course
The course develops communication around celebrations, festive traditions and cultural practices in Portuguese-speaking countries. Learners practise making invitations, expressing wishes, describing celebrations and writing messages, while expanding vocabulary connected with festivals, food, habits and cultural symbols. Teaching combines spoken interaction, group work and role-plays with structured study of grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. The teacher conducts the lessons in Portuguese, providing listening and comprehension practice alongside work on forms including the imperative, indefinite words, temporal markers and the impersonal form se.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for Elementary (A2) learners who are already studying Portuguese. The stated entry route is completion of Portuguese Level 6 or a previous Portuguese course of at least 72 class hours.
