About this course
The course introduces the qualification’s exam requirements and gives learners opportunities to practise tasks across five areas: using devices, creating content, communicating, transacting and staying safe online. Learners complete a timed practice task in exam-like conditions, then discuss their strengths and areas for development with the tutor. This provides a structured basis for deciding which skills to focus on when they begin the qualification course.
