About this course

The course familiarises learners with the exam’s five content areas: using devices, creating content, communicating, transacting and staying safe online. Participants practise representative tasks, review which areas they handle confidently and identify topics requiring further work. A timed activity provides experience of working under exam-like conditions. Tutor discussion helps learners assess their strengths and areas for development, leading to a personal focus plan for the qualification course.
