Printmaking Workshop – Advanced (Untutored)

About this course

This workshop is intended for experienced printmakers who can use the studio facilities without regular tuition or guidance. Available processes include relief, collagraph, dry point, monoprinting and screen printing. A studio technician is present mainly for facilities support and health and safety supervision, with limited advice available on some techniques. The workshop supports independent working rather than structured teaching, and participants are expected to clean their workspace during the final part of each session.

It suits participants seeking access to professional printmaking facilities with limited technical guidance rather than a taught introduction. The course is available to learners aged 19 or over on 31 August before the course begins.

Before you go

• Printing inks are included in the workshop fee.
• Etching processes are currently suspended.
• White spirit is not permitted in the print studio.
• Participants must clean their workspace during the final 15 minutes of each session.
• Participants must be aged 19 or over on 31 August before the course starts.
