About this course
Participants prepare a bowl of chicken ramen from scratch, including homemade noodles, a flavourful broth and rayu spicy oil. The class combines entertaining demonstrations with hands-on cooking, covering techniques for balancing flavour and presenting the finished dish. Preparation and organisational tips are included, followed by time to eat the ramen made during the session.
