Ready Steady Bake – Menu 1

About this course

The class covers four sweet bakes: carrot cake with icing, decorated cupcakes, shortbread and chocolate brownies. It begins with a demonstration covering the recipes, baking techniques and useful shortcuts, followed by guided preparation in the kitchen. Participants recreate the bakes with chef guidance and take the finished items home. The course also addresses adapting recipes and producing consistent results.
