About this course
The course examines how photographic projects can be shaped into photobooks, using examples across different themes, formats and layouts. Participants develop a concept, edit a selection of images and test sequences that communicate their ideas effectively. Teaching combines demonstrations, practical exercises, discussion and time for reflection. Participants receive tutor feedback as they refine their selection and share work with the group, working towards producing their own photobook.

The course is intended for photographers developing beyond the fundamentals and working towards a photobook project. A good understanding of ISO, shutter speed and aperture is required. Participation includes practical work, discussion, reflection, feedback and sharing work with the group.
