About this course
The programme develops screen-specific acting through regular camera work, filmed exercises, workshops and tutor feedback. Participants study script analysis, character development, Meisner Technique, Method Acting, voice, movement, improvisation and screen combat, while learning to adapt performances for different shot types and genres. Training also covers self-taping, in-person auditions, casting processes and professional working practices. Participants create showreel scenes and work on an ensemble short-film project, applying performance techniques in paired scenes and location filming.
