About this course

This self-directed workshop is for developing and completing sculpture projects from other sculpture classes. Participants work individually, assess their own work and use the workshop equipment with technician support rather than tutor-led instruction. The course focuses on applying knowledge of relevant materials and processes, completing individual projects, and practising safe working methods and studio procedures relevant to sculpture.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for advanced Morley sculpture students who are working independently on projects developed through other sculpture classes. The advanced level indicates that learners are expected to have substantial familiarity with their chosen medium and be able to assess and manage their own work.

Before you go

• Sturdy footwear is required.
• Overalls are required for metalwork.
• Old clothing is required when working with other materials.
• Materials or kiln firing used beyond the allowance for the learner's course are charged separately.
