About this course

The course introduces service design as a human-centred approach to problem-solving, considering the needs and roles of staff, users and others connected to a service. Short talks are combined with guided team activities using tools for problem-solving, customer research and business development. Participants follow a design process to address a live brief, applying its methods while developing a potential product or service.
