About this course
The class begins with demonstrations on making pasta dough and rolling it into thin sheets. Participants then work in pairs at cooking stations to prepare seasonal fillings, shape ravioli and tortellini, and make a simple sauce to accompany the pasta. Teaching combines chef-led demonstrations with hands-on preparation, cooking and plating. The finished dishes are eaten at the chef’s table, alongside a seasonal salad, giving participants the opportunity to practise the complete process from dough to serving.
