About this course
The course covers vocal range, breath control, projection, vocal health and microphone technique, alongside repertoire from styles including pop, jazz, classical and musical theatre. Participants also explore harmony, backing vocals, a cappella singing, movement, songwriting and acting through song. Teaching combines group sessions, workshops, rehearsals and individual coaching on a solo piece. Participants prepare material for a final showcase with live musicians, including ensemble and solo performances.
