Sizzling Souvlaki

About this course

Participants prepare a herby marinade for chicken or mushrooms, practise knife skills and grill skewers to create charred, caramelised kebabs. They also make tzatziki and a grilled pepper, olive and feta salad, served with warm flatbreads. Teaching demonstrations are followed by paired cooking at individual stations. The finished dishes can be eaten at the chef’s table or packed to take home, and a digital recipe pack is provided.

The course is labelled All Levels, so it is presented as suitable across a range of cooking experience. Participation combines teaching demonstrations with cooking in pairs, followed by eating together at the chef’s table or packing the food to take home.
