The course examines how digitisation, digitalisation and digital transformation differ, and what digital transformation can involve in an SME context. Practical workshops and presentations consider how organisations can identify next steps in digital adoption. Topics include the use of AI and other digital tools for innovation, foundational cybersecurity and risk mitigation, and digital accessibility and inclusion. The course is taught in HyFlex mode, combining in-person and online participation.
