About this course
Participants pound South Indian ingredients into a Kerala-style curry paste, then use it to prepare a prawn curry. The class also covers coriander chutney and methods for making fluffy rice. Teaching combines demonstrations from a chef with hands-on cooking in pairs at individual stations. The finished dishes are served as a South Indian meal at the chef’s table, with the option to pack the food to take home.
