About this course

This guided class explores the flavours used in Southern Indian cooking, including coconut, curry leaves and mustard seeds. Participants grind spices and prepare a selection of curry and dal recipes, as well as spinach vadai, a savoury doughnut. The dishes are brought together as a shared, Southern Indian tapas-style feast, with the recipes designed to be recreated at home.
