At A2 Spanish, learners can handle simple routine exchanges and describe familiar aspects of everyday life.

About this course
The course develops Spanish for everyday communication, with practice in making arrangements, ordering food in a restaurant, describing a home and discussing past events and personal life. It also introduces aspects of Spanish-speaking cultures, including Chile, Argentina and the history of cacao. Teaching centres on spoken interaction and communication. Pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources are used to support classroom learning.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for learners at Elementary (A2) level who have completed a Spanish beginners course or studied Spanish for about a year recently. Participation involves spoken interaction, pair and group activities, role plays and games, with homework highly recommended.

- Learners take part in pair and group activities as well as role plays.
- Homework is highly recommended to consolidate classroom learning.
