About this course
The course develops Spanish through topics including health, wellbeing, memories, past events, people, places, objects and former habits. Learners practise communicating in Spanish through pair and group work, role plays, games and other spoken activities, supported by presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Cultural content includes la siesta, places associated with wellbeing, Las Fallas de Valencia and Semana Santa. Homework is highly recommended to reinforce class learning, with resources shared through Google Classroom.

This course is intended for learners who have completed Spanish 2 lower: module 2 or studied Spanish for approximately a year and a half. The teaching involves regular spoken interaction, pair and group activities, role play and games, with homework recommended between classes.
