About this course
This Spanish workshop explores winter through Pieter Brueghel the Elder’s painting "Hunters in the Snow" and Vivaldi’s "Winter". Participants analyse both works, discuss their features and express the sensations and emotions they evoke, using relevant Spanish vocabulary. Teaching centres on spoken communication, with pair and group work, role plays and games supported by presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual material. The session also provides opportunities to discuss art in Spanish and consolidate listening and speaking skills.

The workshop is intended for learners at an intermediate level of Spanish, including those studying Spanish 3 lower or upper, or those who have studied Spanish for at least three years. Participation involves spoken interaction with other learners through pair and group activities.
