About this course
The course develops sentence structure and everyday spoken and written Spanish through structured dialogues, pair and group exercises, and listening activities. Topics include describing rooms and furniture, booking hotel accommodation, discussing routines, professions and hobbies, describing personality, and buying clothes. Learners also explore aspects of Spanish culture while practising essential vocabulary and grammar in communicative situations.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for learners who have completed Beginners Stage 1 or an equivalent amount of study, rather than complete beginners. It can also suit people revisiting basic Spanish after a period away. Participation includes pair and group exercises, structured dialogues and listening activities.
- Completion of Beginners Stage 1 or around 30 hours of equivalent study is expected
- Suitable for learners returning to Spanish after a break and revisiting the basics
