About this course
The course introduces Spanish through everyday communication, including greetings, self-introductions, questions, personal information, intentions and explanations of motivations. Learners also discuss languages, work, leisure activities and their relationship with Spanish and Spanish culture. Lessons combine spoken group activities and role-plays with structured work on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. The teacher uses Spanish throughout, giving learners practice in comprehension and listening. Topics include personal pronouns, articles, gender, regular present-tense verbs, and the uses of por, para and porque.

- The required coursebook is Aula Internacional Plus: Libro del alumno + MP3 descargable 1 (A1), covering Units 0, 1 and 2.
