About this course
The course develops communication around family, preferences, food and restaurants, supported by vocabulary for music, cooking styles and Hispanic food and drink. Learners practise grammar including gustar, possessive adjectives, quantifiers, agreement and disagreement, direct object pronouns, and the verbs poner and traer. Teaching uses group activities and role-plays, with an emphasis on spoken communication. The teacher speaks Spanish throughout, while lessons also include structured work on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and listening.

This Elementary (A2) course is intended for learners who have already studied some Spanish. The stated entry point is completion of Spanish Level 2 or a course of at least 24 class hours. Lessons involve spoken communication, group work and role-plays, alongside structured language study.

- The required coursebook is Aula Internacional Plus: Libro del alumno + MP3 descargable 1, Units 5 and 7.
