About this course

The course develops Spanish for everyday situations involving towns, cities and travel. Learners practise describing places, asking for and giving directions, understanding timetables, making tourist-office enquiries, booking accommodation and complaining about a service. Teaching combines spoken communication with structured work on quantifiers, place-related prepositions and adverbs, and vocabulary for urban facilities, hotels, transport, events and landmarks. Lessons also include listening practice in Spanish and exploration of Spanish-speaking cities.

Is this course right for you?

This course is intended for Elementary learners who have already studied Spanish. The provider specifies previous completion of Spanish Level 4 or at least 48 class hours, with participation centred on group work, role-plays and spoken communication.
