About this course
This course develops listening, speaking, reading and writing for advanced communication in academic, professional and personal contexts. Classwork uses interactive activities and authentic materials to explore complex grammar, broader vocabulary, idioms, cultural perspectives and different forms of Spanish usage. Learners work with challenging audio, including conversations and news reports, alongside literary and other written texts. Speaking practice focuses on fluency and accuracy, while classwork and homework activities are used to assess progress and support individual learning targets.

Previous study equivalent to Spanish Level 5 Mastery Part 1 is required. Learners should expect interactive class participation alongside independent consolidation and set homework.
