About this course
Sessions combine gentle Tai Chi and Qi Gong with controlled breathing, gradual transitions and linked movement sequences. Warm-up and cool-down exercises form part of the sessions, while new combinations progressively extend the movement challenges. The exercises are designed for continuous practice in a small space, with attention to efficient movement, stability and maintaining control over longer sequences.
