Stefano's Christmas Lunch

About this course

Participants prepare several styles of fresh pasta, including long, coloured, shaped and stuffed varieties, alongside sauces for fresh and dried pasta. The session also covers gnocchi and how different pasta shapes pair with particular sauces. Teaching combines demonstrations with hands-on cooking. The dishes prepared are enjoyed as a multi-course Italian lunch, with sample items including cappelletti in brodo, Italian pot roast, grissini, salad and spongata.

Before you go

• A meal made during the class is included, along with coffee and a croissant on arrival.
• Two drinks per person are included with the meal, including wine, beer or soft drinks.

• Some prepared food can be taken home, including Caldesi's oven-baked pasta.
