About this course
Sessions combine low-impact cardiovascular activity with exercises for the legs, hips, arms, upper body and core. Participants also work on balance, coordination, agility, stretching and mobility, with movements revisited regularly so the level of challenge can increase gradually. The course uses music and a paced approach, focusing on controlled movement, stability, posture and spinal support. Activities relate to everyday movement, including walking, travelling and spending time outdoors.
