About this course
The course uses simple strength exercises, gentle activity and gradual core work to develop movement control, stamina and mobility for everyday tasks. Learners repeat exercises, sustain activity for longer and practise linking movements smoothly. Teaching connects class exercises with common fitness training and everyday activities. It covers how to recognise an appropriate level of challenge and progress safely through increased repetitions, longer activity periods or more demanding variations. The mixed-level format accommodates beginners building fitness and returning learners continuing their development, with guidance on exercising independently at home, in a gym or community setting.
