The course begins at Marylebone Farmers’ Market, where participants meet artisan producers and explore the seasonal ingredients that will shape the day’s cooking. Back at the cookery school, demonstrations and hands-on tutoring guide the preparation of an Italian meal using the selected produce. The menu changes according to market availability and dietary requirements. Example dishes include torta fritta with Parma ham, vegetable sformato, stuffed baby chickens, seasonal vegetables and torta della nonna.
