About this course

The class covers sushi preparation from scratch, beginning with a demonstration before participants make hoso maki and unra hoso maki. It also includes a brief history of sushi and practical tips and techniques. A second demonstration introduces the cocktail-making session, followed by guided preparation of two drinks: a Japanese Garden Spritz and a Spiced Lady. The format alternates between instructor demonstrations and participant-led preparation, with the finished Japanese dishes available to enjoy during the session.
