About this course
The workshop examines zero-waste pattern cutting alongside sustainable approaches using draping and fabric manipulation. Participants re-purpose existing clothing and work on stands to explore deconstruction, restyling and adapting garments into new designs. Alongside practical development, participants research in the library and create mood boards to inform their own design ideas. These designs are developed with guidance from the tutor, allowing the course to accommodate both learners with existing knowledge and those new to the subject.
