About this course
The course develops connected movement in Yang Style Tai Chi, with practice focused on linking postures smoothly, maintaining consistent breathing and sustaining awareness through the 24 Form. Learners also continue with 8 Treasure Qi Gong, or Ba Duan Jin, working on coordination, balance, stamina and focused intention. Warm-up and cool-down exercises are revisited alongside Tai Chi principles and their relationship to flow and continuity. Sequences become more connected and demanding, with philosophical ideas explored through movement and practice adapted to an appropriate depth for learners at different stages.
