About this course
The course develops a more precise and integrated Tai Chi practice through refinement of the Yang-style 24 Form. Learners work on smooth transitions, continuity, balance and relaxed control while coordinating breath, posture and mental focus throughout the sequence. Qi Gong practice includes the 8 Treasure Qi Gong, or Ba Duan Jin, sequence, supporting work on posture, stability and awareness. Warm-up and cool-down exercises are practised with increasing independence, and the 42 Form is introduced.
