About this course

The course combines discussion with practical exercises to introduce the processes behind textile print design. Participants develop painted techniques, produce a small collection of prints on paper and consider how designs can be developed digitally. It also examines how textile designers research ideas for the print design market and organise a collection. The course is relevant to people entering textile print as well as those already working in the sector in non-design roles.
