About this course
The course combines repertoire study with broader musicianship work. Participants develop piano technique through scales, sight-reading, aural and theory training, while working on assigned pieces or repertoire linked to a graded exam. Sessions include discussion of peer performances and may use recordings, videos, mobile applications and online learning resources. Repertoire work also addresses effective pedalling and the shaping of musical phrases, with learners reviewing their practice methods and progress.
What you'll learn
