About this course

The class explores recipes from Tuscany through a combination of demonstrations and hands-on tutoring. Participants prepare a selection of regional dishes, which may include crostini, pici pasta, pot-roasted chicken, panna cotta and Siena-style biscuits. The session concludes with a traditional Tuscan meal accompanied by regional wine.
