About this course
The course examines one or two classical yoga poses at a time, breaking down their fundamental mechanics rather than treating them as finished forms. Teaching is primarily verbal, with opportunities for feedback, discussion and partner work where appropriate. The approach focuses on exploring poses through bodily awareness, including breath, mobility, coordination and strength. Classes are progressive and centred on adapting the work around learners’ needs.
