Trinidadian Cookery Class

About this course

Participants work together to prepare a menu of Trinidad and Tobago dishes, including options such as dhal puri roti, pigeon pea pelau, stewed chicken, corn vegetable soup and coconut sugar cake. Each person chooses one dish to focus on, while also moving around the kitchen to assist with other recipes and learn from the wider preparation. The class ends with a shared meal attended by the chef, facilitator and volunteers.
